Preparation
1. You can stuff crab sticks with different stuffing. I suggest two options.
2. Mash the humpback salmon with a fork.
3. Grate the eggs on a small grater.
4. Mince the onion.
5. For the first stuffing option, combine humpback salmon, half of the eggs, onion. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
6. For the second option, combine rice and leftover eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise.
7. Unfold the crab stick.
8. Place the stuffing and carefully roll the stick. Place the sticks in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
