Fish Stew

  • 500 g cream dory steak fish
  • 1 b.b.q. marinate sauce
  • 1 superior soy sauce
  • 2 shallot cut into four halves
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 whole ginger sliced
  • 250 g tomato (chopped)
  • 5 pechay leaves
  • 3 laurel leaves pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp oregano and 8 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp green onion leeks
  • 1 c soya cooking oil
  • dash of white pepper powder and salt


  1. Marinate the fish, soy sauce, marinated sauce.
  2. Fry onion sliced and 250g of tomato, cut into pieces, mix laurel leaves and ground pepper, pour 8 cups of water and oregano.
  3. Cover. Bring to boil then put the fish marinated
  4. Cook and put sliced ginger, garlic minced, pechay leaves and let boil for five minutes, and dash of white pepper powder.
  5. Put green onion leek leaves, remove from heat.
  6. Serve.
