Fresh Seafood Meat n' Vegetable Salad

  • 50 g giant squid fillet-ham stripe julienne cut
  • 50 g cream dory fish fillet-thin sliced bacon cut
  • 1 tbsp premium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp b.b.q. marinate sauce
  • 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 50 g pineapple tidbits (drained in reserved syrup)
  • 5 g lettuce romained (iceberg)
  • 2 tomato medium cut into pieces
  • 1 shallot cut into spring chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime vinegar
  • 1 cn pineapple juice
  • dash iodized salt
  • dash ground pepper
  • small box of raisins


  1. Combine squid and fish, marinate soy sauce and barbecue sauce.
  2. All vegetables put into glass bowl, mix dressing pour over salad.
  3. Together mix to seafood meat, combine all ingredients into glass bowl, drop olive oil.
  4. Chill into refrigerator.
  5. Ready to serve.
